A leading Chinese electric bicycle brand focused on smart mobility solutions, combining advanced technology, precision engineering, algorithm optimization, and power systems to deliver high-performance, intelligent e-bikes. Renowned for innovative design, superior battery management, extended range, responsive handling, and smart connectivity, our products excel in urban commuting and long-distance riding. As we expand globally, we are now seeking an experienced professional to drive retail expansion across the DACH region (Germany / Austria / Switzerland).

Job Responsibilities

Lead the development of store networks in the DACH region (Germany / Austria / Switzerland), identify potential partners (distributors / agents), negotiate contracts, and finalize store locations;

Analyze local consumer needs and competitor trends to design store layout strategies tailored to the DACH market;

Provide product and technical training (e.g., smart systems, battery management) and support stores in launching marketing campaigns to boost sales conversion and brand loyalty;

Collaborate with headquarters to localize brand initiatives (test rides, sustainability promotions) and establish a post-sales service system to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction;

Set regional sales targets, monitor performance metrics, refine strategies based on data insights, and deliver regular market analysis reports.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of channel expansion experience in the European market; preference for candidates familiar with e-bike / premium retail industries. Sales professionals with experience in similar industries will also be considered;

Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Based in the DACH region or available for frequent business travel;

Strong commercial negotiation skills with the ability to articulate technical strengths (e.g., battery range, algorithms, smart connectivity).
