We are a young and ambitious e-commerce startup that is growing at a very fast pace. Since the foundation of Mister Sandman in July 2015, we are completely funded by our own operating cash flow. With the mission of delivering quality sleep products at fair prices, easy and fast we started with one mattress and developed a broad catalog of bedding items.

We are currently active on over 15 online platforms and constantly looking for opportunities to broaden our reach. We are currently focused on France, Germany, and the Netherlands and planning to expand further to other international markets. We need your support to actualize our vision of bringing dreams to our customers all over Europe.

• You create competition, market, and product analyses.
• You drive independent projects to expand our reach (store, marketplaces, new products).
• You analyze and create KPI reporting.
• You identify optimization potential for the processes that are currently being developed.
• You support us as needed in our day-to-day operations.

• Completed technical/college studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a similar discipline.
• First professional and project experience in the business development area.
• Good analytical and conceptual skills.
• Motivated, reliable, independent, and a team player.
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel (an SVerweis should not be a challenge for you).
• Very good written and spoken German and English; knowledge of another language such as French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, Hungarian or a Scandinavian language would be an advantage.
• High motivation, hands-on mentality, and implementation strength.
