This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards supporting different teams. We are hiring a person to join as Administrative Assistant Part-Time in our Office in Germany (Erlangen).

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform activities with strong organization and control, ensuring efficient completion of tasks and support for operational success.
  • Provide support to analysts and managers across various departments such as Finance, Accounting, Procurement, among others, helping them meet their goals and deliver results.
  • Manage daily office operations, including overseeing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining an organized and efficient working environment.
  • Act as the point of contact for office inquiries, ensuring smooth communication across departments and providing necessary administrative support.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of office budgets and financial records.
  • Stay informed about laws, regulations, and policies related to occupational risk prevention and environmental management.
  • Promote safe and sustainable work practices in the workplace by ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Key Requirements:

  • Recent graduates or students with availability to work in the mornings.
  • Graduates in Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French are considered a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
  • Ability to perform tasks requested by immediate managers or analysts.
  • Previous experience in Construction is desirable.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple demands.
  • Desire to work with different cultures.
