You will independently travel within the Czech Republic, responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining existing customer relationships, and strategically expanding your customer base. • Acquire new customers and support existing ones to meet sales targets.
• Conduct sales presentations, training sessions, and negotiate with clients.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute customer visits independently.
• Travel extensively within the region, typically without overnight stays.
• Monitor market trends and competitors; develop sales strategies accordingly.
• Create weekly reports to track results and plan strategies.
• Serve as the first contact for customer complaints and technical support.
• Coordinate communication between Italy, Germany, and customers for seamless operations.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Currently residing in the Czech Republic.
• Technical degree or equivalent qualification (e.g., industrial/mechanical engineering).
• 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, field service, or similar roles.
• Excellent English and Czech language skills; German proficiency is a plus.
