A process technology company based in Germany seeks an After-Sales Manager to lead their service function, ensuring efficient delivery and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Process Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, overseeing contracts, and providing technical support. Candidates with experience in the Edible Oil or Oleochemical industry are preferred, and willingness to travel is essential.
They design and supply process technology and equipment for crushing and oil extraction, edible oil refining, FAME biodiesel production, oleochemical processes for fatty acids, glycerine purification, fatty alcohol and more.
The After‑Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the After‑Sales Service function to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to customers, including addressing inquiries, executing upgrading projects, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves strategic planning, operational control, and ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives. Additionally, the position oversees contract execution, cost control, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in chemical / Process Engineering
Experience
• 3‑5 years experience in engineering / maintenance for chemical industry
• Experience in Edible Oil or Oleochemical industry is an advantage
• Willing to travel on short notice
