A leading tech recruitment firm is seeking a Recruiter for a full-cycle recruitment role focused on sales positions in Canada and globally. This contract position runs from late December 2025 to late January 2026, with potential for extension. Ideal candidates should have 3+ years of recruitment experience, particularly in sales, and excellent communication skills. This role allows for remote work with flexible hours to accommodate North American time zones, and competitive hourly rates will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
Our client is a large, admired, and well‑established Canadian company in the tech sector. They have a vibrant corporate culture with fantastic people to work with and learn from.
This is a well‑rounded full‑cycle recruitment role, spanning sourcing and headhunting through to job offer negotiation and Day 1 instructions.
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, and working alongside a few other Recruiters (in Canada and elsewhere).
The new Recruiter will primarily focus on sales recruitment in Canada and the US, along with some global recruitment (Europe, Asia) and some non‑sales recruitment. Currently recruiting for sales roles such as Account Executive, Account Manager, and Account Specialist.
The Recruiter will use an ATS and an HRIS as well as Google Suite.
This is a short‑term contract, running from late December 2025 until late January 2026, with a chance to extend into February 2026 and beyond based on business needs. This is contract is full‑time Monday to Friday.
Competitive hourly consulting rate commensurate with calibre, years, and relevance of full‑cycle recruitment experience and skills, likely in the range of $30 to $52 an hour.

If/when this Recruiter role convert to permanent employment, please note the total compensation package includes health & dental benefits, an RRSP match, paid vacation program, a profit sharing program, etc.
Although there is preference for the Recruiter to be based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver, our client is open to hiring a contractor anywhere in Canada— as long as the consultant has some flexibility in their work hours to have interviews with candidates and meetings with hiring managers from PST time zone to EST time zone. If based in a major city where the company has an office, the ask would be that the contractor work from the office a couple days a week. Otherwise, this role is based full‑time from home, as long as the contractor has a very good home‑office set‑up with very reliable internet connectivity.
