Join our team as a Sales Representative, responsible for selling our services over the phone. You will prospect on the phone, send commercial offers, and manage client relationships. You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labor market to make it work for everybody.

Your responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Take orders and ensure effective follow-up.
• Retain existing customers by providing excellent service.
• Maintain previous experience in telesales or customer service.
• Exhibit excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in French and English; German and Luxembourgish are assets.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to achieve and exceed set objectives (KPIs).
