1. Administration:
   • Follow up on the reporting of ongoing and future clinical trials with the product in Europe.
   • Maintain contact with the Central Research Institute and International Business Department in Japan and the Research Centre in Europe in English and Japanese.
   • Prepare practical aspects of scientific meetings (conferences, webinars, round table discussions, etc.) for staff and invited experts/guests.
   • Assist the science team in administrative tasks related to daily activities.
2. Support literature management:
   • Maintain an internal SharePoint-based content management system for scientific information.
   • Assist in delivering relevant scientific content to European Science departments for communication purposes.
   • Manage quality control of external communication materials and oversee the VISA procedure.
3. Communication:
   • Assist the science director with interactions with professional organizations (IPA, ILSI, PRI, LABIP, ENLP, etc.).
   • Manage the science relations database in line with GDPR and company interests.
   • Identify opportunities for improved communication within European Science departments and with PR and marketing teams.
4. Ideal Candidate:
   • At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
   • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
   • Business-level fluency in Japanese and English.
   • Dutch language skills are advantageous.
   • Team player capable of linking Science, Marketing, and PR departments.
   • Strong planning and project execution skills.
   • Willingness to learn new technologies and content management systems.
   • Proven scientific interest in health topics (nutrition, microbiota, academic contact management, etc.).
