Job summary
A leading e-commerce company in Nordrhein-Westfalen is seeking an Analytical Specialist to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Responsibilities include conducting data analysis, creating performance reports, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in analytics or business intelligence.

- Effective cross-departmental communication.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to discover inefficiencies.
- Create standard reports to monitor performance.
- Support stakeholders in eliminating waste.

- Create standard reports and analysis to monitor delivery performance and quality
- Work with the business and ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to understand root causes of inefficiencies
- Support business stakeholders in analysis and deep dives to eliminate waste
- Identification of operational issues, development of solutions, and promotion of cross-departmental implementation
- Bachelor's degree or higher; at least three years of analytics, business intelligence background
- Excellent data processing and analytical skills, logical thinking, and implementation capabilities.
- With strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
