The Opportunity

We\'re seeking an exceptional Sales Head for the EU Market who will pioneer our expansion across Europe. This is a 100% commission-based role designed for a proven sales leader who wants unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.

This is not a traditional sales role – it\'s an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants to act as a co-founder in building our EU presence while maintaining the flexibility of an independent structure.

Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for EU expansion
  • Position our parcel analytics solutions (Commercial Intelligence, RFP Analytics, Contract Negotiation, Contract Audit, Spend Management) to target accounts
  • Identify and prioritize target markets within EU (Germany, Netherlands, UK, France, etc.)
  • Build deep understanding of EU logistics landscape, focusing on Air & Ocean carriers, forwarders, and LSPs
  • Map competitive landscape and articulate Anvify\'s unique AI-driven value proposition
Revenue Generation
  • Generate €500K+ in annual recurring revenue within first 12 months
  • Target mid-market to enterprise clients (€50M-€5B revenue companies)
  • Focus on companies with €1M+ annual parcel/freight spend
  • Close 5-10 strategic accounts in Year 1

Essential Requirements

Technical Understanding
  • Deep understanding of parcel pricing structures, and carrier agreements
  • Knowledge of RFP processes in logistics and typical evaluation criteria
  • Understanding of invoice auditing, rebate structures, and carrier penalty clauses
  • Comfort discussing AI/ML applications in logistics optimization
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts like predictive analytics and prescriptive insights to non-technical buyers
