Must have

- Startup DNA: hands-on, fast delivery, no drama
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication skills, proactive and independent working style
Nice to have
- Fintech or brokerage app background
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
