We’re looking for a visionary Creative Lead who blends design mastery with leadership and storytelling. In this role, you’ll set the creative direction for INSIDEA’s client projects, inspire a global design team, and partner directly with North American and international clients to deliver world-class digital experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Shape and uphold INSIDEA’s design philosophy across client projects, campaigns, and digital products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a distributed team of designers, fostering innovation, collaboration, and creative excellence.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with North American clients, translating their goals into creative strategies and impactful design outcomes.
- Digital Campaigns & Branding: Develop high-performing campaign creatives, brand identities, and visual storytelling that drive measurable results.
- UI/UX & Product Design: Lead user-centered design initiatives, creating intuitive and engaging digital products, backed by research and testing.
- Innovation & Trends: Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and technologies to keep INSIDEA’s work ahead of the curve.
- 6–8 years in creative leadership roles within digital marketing or agency settings.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, UI/UX, and product design for global brands (North American markets preferred).
- Expertise in design and motion tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, After Effects/Premiere Pro (or equivalents).
- Proven success in managing and scaling creative teams.
- Ability to merge storytelling, design thinking, and business impact in creative solutions.
