Job Openings: German Junior Campaign Specialist - Relocation to Barcelona

We are looking for a tech-savvy, creative German-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist to help clients develop their first Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Onboard new clients and create impactful PPC campaigns.
2. Understand client needs and goals to optimize ad performance.
3. Drive upselling and sustainable ad spending.
4. Manage a high volume of daily phone consultations with potential clients.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
• Strong communication skills for phone consultations and proposal writing.
• Excellent time management and analytical abilities.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English.
• Possession of an EU member state passport or a valid Residence Permit for Spain.

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (39h/week).
