Initiation and management of digitization projects and research collaborations
Use of modern data science methods such as machine learning, predictive analytics and data mining
Designing, building and maintaining data pipelines and architectures
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative digital solutions
Identifying new technologies and their added value for the company
Degree in computer science, business informatics, data science, mathematics or a related field
Relevant experience in the field of digitization and data science
Sound knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python) and no-code / low-code platforms (e.g. Power Apps)
Experience with data analysis tools and platforms (e.g. Power BI)
In the best case, experience in the application of machine learning algorithms and AI models as well as the concept of unified namespace
Moderation and presentation skills as well as strong communication skills at different hierarchy levels
Innovative, cross-functional thinking and an analytical, structured approach, coupled with strong implementation skills
Team spirit, team player and flexibility in action
German and English fluent (written and spoken)
