Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Einkauf von Luftfederungskomponenten und Steuergeräten.
• Erstellung von Bestellungen und Rahmenverträgen im ERP-System.
• Lieferantenauswahl in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkaufsleiter.

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing of air suspension components such as pots, pistons, external guides, etc. as well as control units, valves, sensors for air suspension systems and other mechatronic systems

• Creating individual orders, tool orders and framework agreements in the ERP system

• Creation of initial sample, prototype and series orders

• Creating enquiries (RFI and RFQ)

• Analysing and evaluating quotations

• Cost estimates

• Supplier selection in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager and Commodity Manager

• Emergency supply management / support of the logistics and quality departments

• Responsible for optimising product costs in close cooperation with development and value management

• Cost assessment, evaluation of alternative materials or production processes at product level

• Analysing manufacturability together with the development and quality departments

• Price negotiations at product level

• Invoice verification and approval

• Preparation of relevant market data

• Preparation of presentations and reports for e.g. costs, audits, visits, market data, etc.)

• Correct utilisation and execution of the required (purchasing) transactions in the ERP system

• Support of global projects within the SCM organisation

Qualifications:

• Technical or commercial education or Bachelor Degree in a related field of study

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a commercial position, experiences in technical purchasing

• Technical know how in plastics and elastomers

• Knowledge about supply chain processes

• Project Management as well as negotiation skills

• Professional English skills for negotiations
