Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the secure and efficient operation of the SAP S/4HANA ERP landscape
• Development and implementation of strategies for continuous improvement of the SAP Basis
• Planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations and implementation of updates and patches
• Collaboration with other departments to optimize system performance and security
• Leading and coordinating the global SAP Operations team
• Supporting the migration to SAP RISE
• Ensuring a smooth transition and operation after the migration to SAP RISE.

Qualifications:

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis operation, preferably with SAP S/4HANA
• Sound knowledge in the administration and maintenance of SAP ERP systems
• Experience in managing global teams and projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Fluency in German and English
