Responsibilities:

• You have knowledge of production KPIs and the ability to communicate these to the production staff.

• You will take over the technical and disciplinary management of the assembly team.

• You will provide evaluations and timely feedback on employee performance and motivate and develop your production team.

• You will be responsible for communicating and enforcing company guidelines for safety, quality and the environment.

• You are responsible for resource planning in the assembly area.

• You will recommend and implement process improvements to maximise productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, reduce costs and ensure a safe working environment.

• You will be involved in the introduction and implementation of lean management systems in the production area.

Qualifications:

• You have a completed training in the technical field, e.g. mechatronics technician and a required additional qualification (master craftsman/technician).

• You preferably have previous experience in electrical assembly and 2+ years of work experience in production.

• In addition to excellent communication and leadership skills, you will have the ability to coach employees and resolve conflicts between employees.

• You have the ability to make timely decisions to maintain production output and be able to quickly analyse situations and provide direction to production staff.

• You are an organisational talent with an eye for detail and the ability to put ideas into concrete form.

• You can prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities to ensure disciplined collaboration on critical projects.

• You have a good command of English, which is essential in an international working environment.
