Responsibilities:

• At Kluber, our IT In-House Consultants are pivotal for our business success, ensuring seamless sales processes, efficient system configurations, and expert project management, while collaborating across departments; and aligning solutions with diverse stakeholders.
• Your Impact:
• Development and Optimization: Supporting and developing IT solutions, while enhancing current processes with an emphasis on S/4 Hana transformation and designing business processes in partnership with specialist departments and adjacent module managers.
• Project Management: Overseeing project and sub-project management within the IT framework and coordinating with external service providers.
• Process Supervision and Analysis: Managing international logistics and sales processes at the 2nd and 3rd levels, while performing detailed process and technical analyses of business operations.
• International Rollouts and Support: Providing guidance on international projects and implementing enhancements based on standard software, while also handling testing, commissioning, documentation, and collaborating with global teams for international rollouts.
• Process Improvement: Leveraging your expertise to enhance existing processes and past roll-outs to ensure we foster a culture of continuous improvement and process optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, informatics, or comparable field
• Relevant experience in supporting a complex SAP system environment and processes mapped in it; SAP LE/WM/EWM a bonus
• Fluent in (written and spoken) German & English
