Responsibilities:

• You are the technical expert for our existing consumer product range and act as a technical translator towards colleagues and customers.
• Internally, you support colleagues from the Sales department with all inquiries related to technical and product application aspects; externally, you support our customers in cases of complaints.
• This role is key to building and maintaining product knowledge within the FHCS organization, typically via trainings.
• You monitor and manage product certificates, ensuring their status is always up-to-date (e.g., GS, CE, Oekotex).
• You support the Technical and Marketing communities by organizing and conducting scientific studies in areas such as sustainability, technical market monitoring, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

• You have completed vocational studies with a technical background, e.g., in textile management or similar.
• You are confident, open, and have a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to your tasks.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, facilitating communication across diverse functions and levels.
• You can easily translate technical features into consumer and marketing language.
• You are fluent in English (verbal and written). Knowledge of German, Italian, or Chinese is a plus.
