The Product & Services Team, part of the Intelligent Data Management organization in PDT, plays a vital role in delivering trusted data to the business. We focus on giving data purpose, establishing data standards with Business Process Owners, and managing data flows across SAP's process and system landscape.

The team comprises Product Managers who drive strategic topics and contribute to critical projects, working closely with IT Product Owners and Data Operations colleagues to analyze root causes, define data quality rules, and resolve issues.

Summary & Role Information:

This role supports business and IT in aligning on Material Master data for License products. You will translate business requirements into solutions, improve data models and rules, and collaborate with Data Object Owners to analyze root causes and propose solutions. You will act as an enabler for IT teams, delve into data management and systems, and help build trust in data with stakeholders. Additionally, you will support strategic programs.

We encourage your curiosity and interest in developing expertise in Material Master data.

Your responsibilities include:

• Consulting on Material Management processes for internal teams
• Supporting governance activities for SAP Store and E-Commerce processes
• Gathering issues and requirements, conducting root cause analysis, and driving solutions with Business and IT
• Supporting Data Governance tasks for License solutions
• Acting as a Master Data Expert for Business and IT
• Assisting with compliance audits related to License Data Management
• Owning and executing strategic or tactical work packages
• Maintaining trustful relationships with supporting teams

What you bring

• At least 2 years' experience in Business Process Management, Master Data Management, or Business Operations within the software industry
• Basic SAP ERP knowledge, ideally in Material Management
• Knowledge of SAP’s product portfolio
• Understanding of Master Data Management and Data Governance
• Proven project delivery experience
• Understanding of enterprise data and architecture, with technical skills in data modeling or development
• Enthusiasm for exploring new scenarios, investigating, prototyping, and operationalizing solutions
• Proficiency with IT systems like CRM, CPQ, Jira
• Fluent in English; good German skills preferred
