Are you passionate about challenges?

1. You are responsible for planning and managing extensive and complex IT projects.
2. You ensure the successful realization of projects in terms of time, budget, and quality, applying project management methods.
3. You prepare and initiate projects, including scope definition and structuring.
4. You define work packages and identify dependencies.
5. You coordinate project requirements with Demand Management.
6. You manage stakeholder communication and engagement.
7. You track open issues and report on project status, managing steering committees.
8. You oversee external service providers involved in the project.
9. You identify dependencies across workstreams and projects.
10. You facilitate project workshops.
11. You make decisions related to project and budget management.
12. You assess and mitigate project risks.

• You hold a university degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 2 years of practical experience managing complex SAP projects.
• You are familiar with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMI, or IPMA.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office.
• You possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA systems (private and public cloud).
• You have general knowledge of IT applications and landscapes, especially regarding integration.
• Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur knowledge.
• You work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner, demonstrating analytical thinking and strong communication skills.
• You are proactive, committed, flexible, and willing to travel.
• You have excellent written and spoken English skills.
