Responsibilities:

• You will own daily reconciliation, settlement, and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services.
• You will support the analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns, correlating data, and helping detect and investigate issues to ensure smooth processing.
• You will take over communication with our external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions.
• You will assist in developing scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business.

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• You gained first experience in securities services, brokerage, or asset management; prior involvement in a bank’s middle or back office is a plus.
• You are knowledgeable or interested in securities and banking processes, such as corporate actions and correlating banking activities.
• You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
