Senior Manager Global Sustainability (f/m/d)

What you can expect

• You will support to shape and drive our global sustainability strategy and program incl. the responsibility for the implementation of projects at strategic and operational level
• You will facilitate cross-functional dialogues and coordinate and align with internal functional departments (e.g. HSE, Culture & People, Compliance, Production) with regard to individual sustainability topics
• You will monitor and analyze external standards, emerging regulations, and market trends related to sustainability and provide recommendation addressing these
• You will support the improvement of STADA’s internal reporting and data collection processes in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
• You will coordinate in responding to external ratings (e.g. EcoVadis) and other external inquiries (e.g. investors) incl. consolidating the required internal information
• You will closely co-operate with Global Communication regarding creation of textual content on sustainability topics and support with internal and external communication

Who we are looking for

• You have a Bachelor or Master in a relevant discipline for the role (e.g., economics, sustainability management, environmental science).
• You verfügen über strong knowledge and a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience in sustainability management, either in consulting or the manufacturing industry.
• You have a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact through supporting and enhancing STADA's Sustainability Program.
• You are knowledgeable about sustainability frameworks such as GRI, EU CSRD, and Taxonomy.
• You have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You have a structured way of working and are highly organized, enjoying working both independently and in a team environment.
• You possess very good knowledge of English.
