More about AVATR : https : / / www.avatr.com / en Aufgaben What you will do : Support the Department Director in leading the interior design team, ensuring high-quality creative output across concept and production programs. Deliver new, compelling designs solutions and product innovations for advanced and production car projects Create fresh, innovative ideas with a stretch and forward thinking. Work traditionally and digitally (2D and 3D) for concepts and production programs. Project ownership and drive the team for high quality deliverables with timing discipline. Interface with cross-functional team during various design development phases. Create artistic presentation to senior management. Trend research and innovation in interior geometry concepts and ideas. Development of functionalities and user experiences Profil What you will bring : At least 10 years of automotive interior design experience, including a completed production vehicle design project, with thorough knowledge of the full vehicle production process and strong expertise in interior design engineering. 3–5 years of team leadership experience is preferred. Strong 2D & 3D digital capabilities. Well experienced in both Interior and Interior design & development on concepts and production projects. Ability to think three-dimensionally, with a strong emphasis on proportions, sophistication, and a refined sense of graphics and form. Proficiency in applying and translating cultural insights to design characteristics.
