A leading tech recruitment firm is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage key Automotive accounts across Germany. The ideal candidate will have deep software sales experience and a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluency in German and English is essential. They're now hiring an exceptional Strategic Account Executive to own and grow some of their most important Automotive enterprise customers.

You'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to major Automotive accounts across Germany, helping them maximise value from existing investments while expanding into new digital experience products and solutions. You'll lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles, create compelling propositions tied directly to customer outcomes, and work closely with an extensive cross‑functional team across consulting, CSM, marketing, engineering, digital strategy and more.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments and knows how to influence, navigate and win across global matrix organisations.
