We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher to support THz related research and development on state-of-the-art accelerators at DESY. The Postdoc will be engaged in two projects. One will be focused on the development of THz and pump‑probe activities at the Relativistic Electron Gun for Atomic Exploration (REGAE). Another will focus on superradiant THz radiation generation (STERN) experiment at the European XFEL. Both projects will require the development of novel waveguides for coupling to relativistic electron beams, with an emphasis on THz generation, transport and detection.
