What You Will Do

• Diagnose, repair and refurbish various types of e‑bikes with accuracy and care.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and select the right spare parts.
• Prepare e‑bikes for customer delivery, ensuring safety and performance standards.
• Support maintenance and repairs of the company's internal bike fleet.
• Contribute to smooth workshop and warehouse operations, improving workflow and efficiency.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Around 1-2 years of experience in bike or e‑bike mechanics
• Strong understanding of e‑bike systems, components and basic electronics.
• Practical, problem‑solving mindset you enjoy fixing things and doing it well.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a close‑knit, international team.
• Fluency in English (C1). German is a strong plus.
