During your training, you will familiarize yourself with various topics in the F&B sector:

• Restaurant service (buffet and à la carte)
• Bar
• Banqueting area
• Event planning, organization and implementation
• Administration and marketing
• Kitchen and magazine

You have the choice of which area you would like to continue your career in later.

• A school-leaving certificate and/or initial experience in the hotel or catering industry through internships and/or holiday jobs
• A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
• A high level of initiative and ambition
• Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
• A sincere guest and service orientation
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Qualified training in a certified training company
• Collectively agreed training allowance that increases with each year of training (from May 2025 1st year of training €1,080 gross, 2nd year of training €1,180 gross, 3rd year of training €1,380 gross)
