Tasks

As an event volunteer your main focus will be on promoting our events online and assisting with event organisation. Responsibilities include:

• Event Promotion: Support our communications team by creating and sharing content on social media, engaging with the community and helping boost event visibility.
• Event Organisation: Assist in planning, coordinating and executing both virtual and in‑person events.
• Community Engagement: Interact with attendees online, help answer questions and keep the energy high before and during events.
• Speaker & Session Support: Coordinate with speakers, support logistics and help sessions run smoothly.
• Digital Resource Management: Help organise and share materials like event schedules, speaker bios and more.
• Organise events on site - booking the hotel for our speakers and venues.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about women’s empowerment and business.
• Strong communication skills and a positive proactive attitude.
• Interest or experience in social media and digital communication.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Fluent or proficient in written and spoken English (our working language).
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Canva or Instagram is a plus but not required.
