The role involves being the primary customer contact, providing technical advice, resolving issues, and conducting training. Candidates should hold a relevant bachelor's degree and have at least one year of experience in the energy storage sector, along with fluency in English and a willingness to travel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the energy storage industry.
- Must be a self-motivator and able to communicate effectively.
- Willingness to travel 30% or more annually.
Responsibilities
- Main customer contact for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Provide technical advice on product and installation matters.
- Resolve customer technical issues, including warranty replacements.
- Conduct local product and technical training.
- Gather product intelligence and perform competitor analysis.
- Provide sales and marketing support as required.
Skills
Education
Main Goals and Responsibilities:
- Main customer contact for the region in pre-sales, sell-through and post sales activities
- Provide technical advice to customers in product, installation and system operation matters
- Resolve customer technical issues, including warranty replacement
- Conduct local product / technical training
- Gather product intelligence information, perform competitor analysis
- Provide sales and marketing support as needed
- Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors
- Self-motivator with 1+ years related experiences in the energy storage industry is a must
- Energetic professional who may travel 30% or above per year
- Good communicator with fluent English
