Technical Support Engineer - Applications
The Technical Support Engineer – Applications is a solution provider for customer applications. Working across industries with all composite manufacturing processes employing advanced materials from Airtech Group. This role identifies customer needs, providing technical expertise and support for product implementation and problem‑solving. They are involved in various stages, from understanding customer requirements to ensuring successful provision of product solution and providing ongoing support. Provides technical support to customers on the broad range of Airtech products. Provide technical support to sales staff, quality, purchasing, and quotation departments as needed. Support new product development from inception to customer qualification. Emerging authority in one or more of Airtech’s technical areas of focus.
