The role

Antech Diagnostics is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of commercial marketing strategies across the Central Europe cluster, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This role is essential in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention by increasing the visibility and promotion of ANTECH. You will work closely with commercial teams to drive collaboration between marketing and sales, maximizing growth, and deploying impactful marketing activities to enhance ANTECH’s brand presence in these key markets.

You will need to be comfortable navigating a matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders, and working collaboratively with regional teams across Europe and the US to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop marketing strategies for Central Europe, aligning with the wider European goals.

Create and implement marketing campaigns across all channels (social media, print, events, product launches, etc.).

Develop content to promote Antech’s value proposition, working with designers to ensure brand consistency.

Manage key accounts and provide tailored marketing support for corporates and distributors.

Oversee regional advertising, securing placements and ensuring ROI through media vendors.

Drive lead generation and customer retention through CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Coordinate trade shows and events to increase Antech’s visibility and brand presence.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide marketing strategies and collaboration with Product and Sales teams.

Develop key sales materials to support the requirements of commercial teams, localizing materials to suit market needs into German.

Collaborate with Corporate Affairs for localized communications.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report on ROI.

Stay updated on marketing trends and suggest opportunities for growth.

Experience and skill set required:

Demonstrable experience as Marketing Manager, with expertise in developing strategic and tactical marketing plans for animal health-oriented companies, (animal health, diagnostics or medical devices is a plus)

University degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Passionate for pet care and driven by the purpose of creating a better world for pets.

Detail-oriented and organised with ability to lead and multitask across various marketing programs and projects.

Strong problem solver and comfortable working with ambiguity and takes high accountability for delivery on time and within budget.

Ability to work in a team, collaborate with other departments, and interact with clients in a professional manner in German and English.
