As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking Senior Production Manager who will lead the production of our largest and most exciting experiences and manage a team of Associate and Junior producers to ensure high-quality delivery.

This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in producing live events, permanent attractions, and/or immersive experiences. To support new event development, the Senior Producer will research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance Fever's experiences and shape our event strategy.

Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and creating fun, entertaining experiences for diverse audiences. Strong communication skills are critical. The right candidate will be a self-starter with strong interpersonal and project management skills.

Employees are expected to work in the office Monday to Thursday, with the possibility of working from home on Fridays.

YOU WILL :
  • Manage all aspects of event/project production, including pre-production logistics, planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite management, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Develop and implement a holistic event strategy aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define event/objective KPIs.
  • Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Original IPs against team targets.
  • Participate in production brainstorms, contributing creative ideas, especially from an on-the-ground perspective.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, optimize resources, identify revenue opportunities, and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Create production timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Manage a team of producers, providing guidance and support.
  • Assess regional projects, assign tasks within the team or to freelancers, and support prioritization and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful event delivery.
  • Maintain a directory of freelancers and vendors, and build a network of industry contacts. Research new vendors, technologies, and experiences.
  • Handle venue research and booking, secure permits, and meet insurance requirements.
  • Manage administrative duties, including expense reports, invoicing, and contracts with legal support.
  • Travel domestically and internationally, working across time zones as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS

You have successfully produced events, possess strong data analysis, and excellent communication skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-oriented, and have an analytical mindset.

The role combines business development and operational experience. Candidates should be passionate about entertainment and events, comfortable working in ambiguity, and capable of thinking strategically and creatively about creating compelling experiences.

  • At least 5 years of experience in event production
  • 12 years of people management experience
  • Professional fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience as a construction manager or in theater construction involving contractor management is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Innovative mindset to identify cutting-edge production solutions
  • Proven vendor negotiation and budget management skills
  • Strong network of vendors and venues
  • Understanding of technical production requirements
  • Basic knowledge of fabrication and permitting processes
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide teams
  • Solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
  • Curiosity and willingness to innovate and try new concepts
  • Ability to communicate with partners, brands, agencies, and talent effectively
