Job summary
A leading technology consulting firm in Dreieich, Hesse, is seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst with strong technical expertise in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365. This position involves acting as the bridge between business and IT, translating requirements into deliverables. With at least 5 years of experience, the ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and E-Invoicing. The role offers flexible remote working options.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, or similar.
- At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and E-Invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business and IT, translating requirements into deliverables.
- Contribute with minimal oversight and ramp up quickly.
Skills
We are currently seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst with a strong technical background and deep expertise in enterprise systems for one of our clients based in Dreieich, Hesse, Germany. This role has a good flexibility to work from home.
Key qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, or comparable platforms
- Has at least 5 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and E-Invoicing
- Ability to effectively act as the bridge between business and IT, translating business requirements into technical deliverables
- Background in IT with a solid grasp of end-to-end business processes
- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Self-starter who can ramp up quickly and contribute with minimal oversight
