What you can expect

• You take responsibility for the development of data‑driven and automated pricing recommendations for the sales organization. These recommendations are generated from advanced pricing models and delivered via the Condi Portal (Power Apps).
• You work closely with internal data scientists to understand, refine, and operationalise pricing algorithms and data models.
• You translate statistical models into practical pricing logic that can be intuitively and easily used by sales teams. You collaborate with product management to ensure pricing recommendations reflect product characteristics, market positioning, competitive dynamics, and value differentiation.
• You support the integration of product‑specific rules and segment strategies into the pricing recommendation engine.
• You monitor the performance, accuracy, and stability of pricing recommendations and regularly validate data sources, pricing rules, and outputs of the pricing engine.
• You identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions with data science, IT, and product management.
• You assess the impact of pricing recommendations on sales performance, margin development, customer acceptance, and buying behaviour.
• You create insights and dashboards to continuously improve pricing models.

What makes you stand out

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or Statistics; additional qualifications in Pricing or Data Science are an advantage.
• You have 3–5 years of experience in Pricing or Commercial Analytics, with proven experience in operationalising pricing models and delivering them via Power Apps/BI.
• You are proficient in SQL, Python (pandas), Power BI (DAX), and Power Apps/Automate, and you bring strong statistical modelling expertise, knowledge of pricing frameworks, and KPI monitoring; familiarity with ERP/CPQ systems is a plus.
• You excel at stakeholder management, communicate clearly, solve problems in a structured way, and thrive in an agile environment.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
