Customer Service Representative German & English (Portugal 100% Remote, Onsite or Hydrid)

Location: 100% Remote from Portugal (relocation support available if moving from abroad)

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives with good English skills to join a dynamic project for a leading car brand.

What youll do:

Provide customer service support in German (with English as a secondary language).

Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner.

Ensure excellent customer satisfaction for one of the worlds top car brands.

Requirements:

Fluency in German (C1/C2 level).

Good command of English (B2 level or higher).

Availability to work on a rotative 24/7 schedule (Monday to Sunday) with 2 rotating days off.

Living in Portugal or willing to relocate (relocation support available).

Salary & Benefits:

1,100 gross/month (14 months)

+ 80 bonus (11 months)

100% remote position (from anywhere in Portugal)
