Customer Support Representative German Speaker
Location: Malta (Hybrid)
Schedule: 07:00 Midnight (rotational shifts)
Start Date: 7 July 2025
Work Model: Hybrid (initial training onsite, then mix of office & remote work)
Net Salary: 1,400/month (German language) + bonuses and benefits
We\'re seeking a native or C2-level German speaker with strong English (B2+) skills to join our customer support team in Malta. You will help customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring excellent service and timely issue resolution.
You’ll start with onsite training to immerse yourself in the company processes before transitioning to a hybrid model.
850 basic salary
Taxes: Social contributions are deducted only from the 850 basic salary; premiums are not subject to social contributions in Malta.
Government bonus: ~130 gross, paid quarterly (March, June, September, December).
