Responsibilities
- Manage software license requirements from the Axel Springer Group for large license volume agreements with software vendors.
- Monitor software usage and ensure software compliance using various tools.
- Actively communicate with all stakeholders in the process (internal customers, software vendors, purchasing, IT service providers).
- Support IT projects and contribute technical expertise to challenges.
Qualifications
- Student in Business Administration, Communication Design, Information Systems, IT Management or similar fields.
- Strong knowledge of the Office 365 suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Interest in learning more about software licensing, license models, metrics and contracts and understanding the interrelations.
- Interest in applied IT asset management.
- Customer orientation and ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
- Self‑directed and responsible for own tasks.
- Enjoy working with the team on solutions.
