We are hiring a VP of Product to define, build, and scale the product vision behind the company’s AI operating system for industrial supply. This is a mission‑critical leadership role with full ownership to lead the product organization across multiple markets. You will shape the architecture, roadmap, and execution machinery that powers sourcing, sales, logistics, financing, and automation across six markets.
This role requires a product leader who combines technical depth, AI‑first thinking, commercial intuition, and strong cross‑functional alignment. You will lead Product Management, Product Design, and cross‑functional Discovery, working closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to drive product development from concept to execution.
Your mandate: make the company’s platform the most reliable, predictable, and autonomous operating system in the industry, delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions that meet customer needs and drive measurable business impact.

Build a unified product strategy across sourcing, pricing, ordering, logistics, financing, claims, and supplier management.
Translate business priorities into a clear, measurable, and compounding product roadmap that drives long‑term competitive advantage.
Hire, mentor, and lead a high‑caliber team of Product Managers and Product Designers.
Establish a strong product operating cadence with weekly reviews, clear success metrics, and crisp, consistent communication.
Foster a culture of rapid iteration, pragmatic decision‑making, and operational excellence across the product organization.
Improve conversion, retention, and reactivation through superior buyer and supplier experiences.
Lift automation rates across the entire trade lifecycle — from quote to cash.
Reduce operational overhead by replacing manual processes with intelligent, autonomous system behavior.
Model the company’s office‑only, high‑energy culture — fast cycles, clear decisions, and tight collaboration every day.
Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data teams to design agentic workflows for sales, procurement, and customer operations.

Drive platform expansion across new regions, categories, and fulfillment modes.

10+ years of Product leadership experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics tech, fintech, procurement tech, or enterprise SaaS.
Track record of owning a complex, multi‑sided product with high operational dependencies.
Deep understanding of workflows, automation, data products, and AI/ML integration.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of software + physical world operations.
Strong commercial intuition: pricing, supply/demand alignment, margin dynamics.
Able to design systems that scale from dozens to thousands of transactions per day.
Excellent communicator who drives clarity across Engineering, Sales, and Operations.
