Your Contribution

• As the Head of Software Product Management (m/f/d) for one of our business areas, you coordinate, manage, and motivate an existing team of product managers, product owners, and requirements engineers.

• You provide essential input for the corporate strategy, design the end-to-end product strategy, and oversee its implementation throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Your analytical skills enable you to monitor the market, create market and competitive strategies, and regularly review product strategies.

• In collaboration with the development team, you create roadmaps and release plans, conduct effort estimations, and support product management in prioritizing tasks.

• With your strong communication skills, you participate in sales events and marketing activities.

What You Bring

• Several years of outstanding experience as a Product Owner (m/f/d), ideally in the field of health data, digital health solutions, or health IT, with proven experience in developing user-centered products.

• A completed degree, preferably from a renowned university in business informatics, health management, business administration, or a related field that underscores your academic excellence.

• Comprehensive knowledge in data management, data protection, and relevant regulatory requirements, enabling you to design innovative solutions that meet the highest standards.

• Knowledge and proven experience with agile methodologies, along with facilitation, communication, and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for creative problem-solving, combined with strong analytical skills and curiosity about various topics – fluent German and English skills are required.
