A prominent university in Germany is seeking a full-time University Lecturer for the Institute for Sport and Exercise Sciences. The position includes teaching responsibilities in the B.Sc. program ‘Human Movement in Sports and Exercise’ and M.S. program ‘Sports, Exercise and Human Performance’. The successful candidate must hold a master’s degree or equivalent in a related field, possess excellent English skills, and have strong knowledge in research methods. The Institute for Sport and Exercise Sciences (Department of Sport Psychology) at the University of Münster, Germany is seeking to fill the position of a University Lecturer. The position is to commence on 1 September 2026 or later. We are offering this full‑time position (100 %) for a period of 24 months. Full‑time lecturers are required to teach 12–16 hours per week during the semester.
The term of employment is limited in accordance with § 14 (2) of the Part‑Time Work and Fixed‑Term Employment Law (TzBfG). The legal provisions stipulate that the university can only consider applicants who have not previously been employed at the University of Münster in a permanent or fixed‑term capacity.
