Zusammenfassung

Die Freudenberg Gruppe, ein global tätiger Technologiekonzern, sucht einen Trainee-Anwalt (m/w/d) im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht für eine 3- bis 6-monatige Praktikumsstelle. Sie unterstützen das Team der Unternehmensrechtsabteilung, arbeiten aktiv in rechtlichen Fragestellungen und gewinnen wertvolle Einblicke in das Wirtschaftsrecht.

Qualifikationen

• Bevorzugt erfolgreiches erstes Staatsexamen in Wirtschaftsrecht.
• Gute Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise im Ausland erlangt.
• Verfügbarkeit (in der Regel) 4 Tage pro Woche.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Inhouse-Anwälte in allgemeinen Wirtschafts-, Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht.
• Eigenverantwortliches Erstellen von Gutachten und Stellungnahmen.
• Teilnahme an Verhandlungen mit Mandanten und Geschäftspartnern.

You support our team as

Trainee lawyer (m/f/d) in commercial law (Anwalts- oder Wahlstation im Referendariat)

Responsibilities

• We offer a training position to interested trainee lawyers (Referendare) in the Corporate Legal Department during their internship period, (from 3 to 6 months)
• You will support the in-house lawyers by actively working in the areas of general business law, contract law and corporate law
• You will prepare expert opinions and statements on your own responsibility
• You participate in negotiations with clients and business partners
• Please indicate the period in which you would like to complete the traineeship
  
  

Qualifications

• Your main field of study or interest in the area of commercial law
• Completed first German state examination, at least with the grade "satisfactory” (befriedigend)
• Very good knowledge of English (preferably gained abroad)
• Cooperation on (usually) 4 days a week
• Good understanding of economic and legal contexts
• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Sociability, commitment and independence
