Ensure activities are delivered in line with agreed quality, security and operational standards. End User Device Validation Support certification and validation of laptops, desktops, workstations, docking stations, monitors and peripherals. Validate Windows 11, endpoint build, driver, BIOS, firmware, imaging and provisioning readiness. Coordinate functional checks for cameras, audio devices, displays, room peripherals and connectivity components. Work with relevant technology teams and vendors to resolve compatibility or performance issues. Maintain clear records of VC device test outcomes, known issues and approval status. Lifecycle and Release Support Support lifecycle validation for approved hardware models and associated accessories. Review and test driver, BIOS, firmware and hardware-related software updates before operational release. Support regression testing when updates or configuration changes may impact certified devices. Track lifecycle risks such as model changes, component changes, end-of-life and end-of-service milestones. Lab Operations and Asset Control Maintain readiness of lab devices, test benches, reference hardware and required test environments. Ensure lab assets are recorded, traceable and available for planned certification and validation activities. Maintain secure handling of devices, configurations and test information in line with site requirements. Support continuous improvement of lab processes, templates, checklists and ways of working.
