TikTok Community & Creator Manager

Want to be the first driver of a brand-new TikTok channel and help shape how a high-growth challenger brand connects with its community?

This is a rare chance to build a TikTok presence from scratch for a fast-scaling brand across Germany, Spain, and the UK. You’ll take the lead on content, creators, influencers, and community engagement – shaping the strategy and steering the channel from day one.

What you’ll be doing
  • Build and grow a TikTok community from the ground up – engage followers, respond to comments, and create a space people actually want to be part of.
  • Plan, create, and test content based on trends, insights, and what actually works on TikTok.
  • Manage relationships with UGC creators, influencers, and micro-influencers – negotiate, coordinate, and track campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data and feedback, then feed insights back into channel strategy to optimise growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to make sure campaigns and content hit the right mark.
  • Bring structure to a brand-new channel – from content flows to payments, invitations, and high-volume creator management.
You
  • Fluent in German and comfortable communicating in English.
  • Already lived and breathed TikTok – whether at a brand or agency – with a strong grasp of trends, the algorithm, and creator communities.
  • Experience managing communities, creators, or influencers, ideally at scale.
  • Energetic, creative, and analytical – able to juggle multiple projects while keeping everything running smoothly.
  • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and can shape a channel from scratch.
  • Strong stakeholder skills – you can coordinate internal teams, agencies, and creators effortlessly.
