Qualifications :

• Several years of previous work experience in Python backend development (mandatory)
• Leadership experience - culture matters more than tenure
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services
• Industry experience with Docker, Git and RESTful API
• Excellent knowledge in data‑driven business applications
• Excellent communication skills (in English) that are clear concise and tailored to your audience – engineering product or other stakeholders
• Proactive collaborative and easy‑going working style good time management fair play

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated Python backend engineers empowering quant development tech units to deliver services beyond what competitors can imagine.
• Design and build new platforms for our customers using cutting‑edge technology and modern software practices such as agile teams test automation and cloud‑based infrastructure. Remain open to replacing your system when a better alternative emerges.
• Drive legacy systems forward remembering that every service here has been rewritten multiple times – reflecting our commitment to progress not complacency. Our legacy is about leaving a meaningful mark not tech debt.
• Select tools for storing processing and visualizing large and evolving datasets from diverse sources - we are a data‑centric team that treats data with respect.
• Write clean testable and maintainable code and treat clarity as a first‑class citizen.
• Prioritize tangible business results and maintain a business‑first approach in all engineering decisions.
• Promote teamwork open communication and knowledge sharing among colleagues.
• Create the next generation wealth management and brokerage services for everybody.
• Tech stack: Python DevOps Docker CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform) AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, SNS, ECS, Step Functions, Aurora, DynamoDB, Glue, Athena and event‑based asynchronous architectures.
