• You negotiate independently with craftsmen.
• You conduct price research and plausibility checks.

Qualifications

• You have experience in construction management or costing, preferably in the heating/plumbing trade.
• You can estimate workloads with confidence.
• You have good price and technical knowledge in heating and sanitary construction.
• You are used to working on the computer.
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
