Citex Group sucht zur Verstärkung des Serviceteams eine Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit technischem Hintergrund. Sie betreuen internationale Servicekunden von Bedarfsermittlung über Angebot bis Abschluss und koordinieren Anfragen zu Ersatzteilen, Reparaturen und Wartung.

Qualificações

• Technische Ausbildung im relevanten Bereich, z.B. Elektroniker/Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung im technischen Service, Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Ersatzteilgeschäft, After-Sales oder Inside Sales.
• Technisches Verständnis für mechanische, elektrische und automatisierte Systeme; Kenntnisse von Extrusionsanlagen hilfreich.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; Französisch oder Spanisch vorteilhaft.

Responsabilidades

• Eigenständige Bearbeitung internationaler Servicekunden von Bedarfserhebung bis Angebot/Verkauf.
• Bearbeitung und Koordination von Anfragen zu Ersatzteilen, Reparaturen und Wartung
• Erstellung, Kalkulation und Nachverfolgung von Service- und Ersatzteilangeboten
• Planung und Überwachung von Reparaturaufträgen und Serviceterminen zur Kundenzufriedenheit
• Ausbau des internationalen Service- und Ersatzteilgeschäfts
• Beratung zu Modernisierungen, Wartungsverträgen und After-Sales-Lösungen
• Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Möglichkeiten über den gesamten Maschinenlebenszyklus
• Gelegentliche Auslandskundentermine sowie Unterstützung bei Messen und Verkaufsveranstaltungen

Your mission

• Independently managing international service customers—from needs assessment through quotation to closing the deal
• Processing and coordinating inquiries regarding replacement parts, repairs, and maintenance
• Preparing, calculating, and tracking service and spare parts quotes
• Planning and monitoring repair orders and service appointments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Expanding the international service and spare parts business
• Providing advice on modernizations, upgrades, maintenance contracts, and after-sales solutions
• Identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities throughout the machine’s lifecycle
• Occasional international customer visits, as well as support at trade shows and sales events

Your profile

• Technical training, e.g., as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, or process mechanic; ideally, further training as a technician/master craftsman or a technical degree
• Professional experience in technical service, machine and plant engineering, the spare parts business, after-sales, or technical inside sales
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems; knowledge of extrusion systems is a plus
• Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a knack for sales, as well as very good English skills; additional languages, particularly French or Spanish, are a plus
