Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a recruiter to run full-cycle recruiting for field, office, sales, and leadership roles across five franchises. You will build candidate pipelines through advertising, sourcing, referrals, and direct outreach, and you will screen candidates, coordinate interviews, prepare offers, and keep prehire steps on track.

You will help hiring managers define needs and make timely, job-related decisions.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of professional experience owning the full recruiting cycle.
• Hands-on HR experience with onboarding, employee documentation, policies, employee relations, or performance processes.
• Hands-on Paycor experience; experience with another HR or payroll platform alone does not meet this requirement.
• Strong organization, follow-through, communication, judgment, and discretion.

• Ability to manage several openings and priorities without losing details or leaving candidates waiting
