How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Take ownership of managing technical solutions for large EPC Projects in the HVDC Business, delivering cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure the functionality and quality of every solution
  • Be a key voice in risk management, confidently addressing challenges and creating proactive solutions
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers, fostering clear and open communication across all phases of the project
  • Empower your project team with strong leadership, collaboration, and regular communication, ensuring everyone feels supported and aligned
  • Advocate for compliance and safety, ensuring all frameworks are met and regularly reviewed

What You Bring

  • A degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
  • Significant experience in engineering and project management, ideally within the energy sector
  • A solid understanding of power transmission projects; PM-Certification is a plus
  • A proven ability to lead and inspire international teams, creating a culture of collaboration and trust and strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to tackle challenges head-on
  • Knowledge of economics in project business, Health and Safety expertise, and familiarity with compliance regulations
  • Fluency in English and German, with a willingness to travel globally
