Qualifications

What You’ll Do ✨

• 🤝 Be the go‑to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the French‑speaking markets
• 🚀 Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump (you don’t need to be an expert directly)
• 💡 Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
• 🚀 Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat
• 📊 Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team
• 🧠 Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic’s growth and innovation
