JD Logistics, one of the world’s leading logistics providers, supports rapid growth in Germany. We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to join our Delivery Station in Cologne. This role focuses on the handling and distribution of bulky items.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations for bulky item handling within the delivery station
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality processes, and on-time delivery performance
• Supervise and support a team of associates during inbound, outbound, and sorting processes
• Monitor KPIs and operational data to drive continuous improvements
• Support the Supervisor in shift planning, workforce allocation, and process optimization
• Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handovers and problem-solving
• This position reports directly to the Supervisor

Your Profile

• Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery station operations (preferably with bulky / oversized items)
• First leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, or similar role)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a hands-on mentality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Good command of English (German is a plus)
• Flexibility to work in shifts
